me, too! kylie, her dad, and i were sore the next day after army crawl...it literally tore up our arms...

conditioning was fine except for the fact that the fake grass hurt my arms...

except that was only rehearsal..........that wasn't the actual demo......the actual demo was during the show....that took FOREVER!!!!!! it went on for like 3 or 4 hours and then we had to go condition after being sitting down for that long........ugh...........

this was my black belt test...and smiles (aka kylie) except we're not up there.....but anyway enjoy.......
